At Rediscover Physio we use the gym facilities at Oz Fitness Coolum in Coolum Beach to focus on your painful or fearful activities so that you can continue doing the things you enjoy or need to in your own life.
Our Exercise Rehabilitation consults are 1-on-1 sessions with a physiotherapist in Coolum Beach, focused on strengthening your muscles for functional use. Clients must have had a standard initial physiotherapy consult prior to an Exercise Rehabilitation consult.
